Position: Kitchen Team Manager

Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Plus: Up to 10% Annual Bonus + Onsite Accommodation (subject to availability)

You'll be hands-on, leading from the front, cooking, coaching, and inspiring your team to hit targets and maintain high standards. You'll manage everything from daily operations and budgets to team development and guest satisfaction, all while keeping safety and compliance at the forefront.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and motivate your kitchen team to deliver excellence and hit performance targets
  • Ensure brilliant guest experiences by solving problems fast and driving a welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to keep operations smooth and efficient
  • Coach and develop your team through regular feedback, training, and growth opportunities
  • Champion health, safety, and compliance across all operations

What We're Looking For

  • Proven kitchen leadership experience (Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or experienced Sous Chef)
  • Level 3 Food Hygiene Qualification (desirable)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing budgets and resources
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without losing sight of detail
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
