Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Your number-one priority will be making sure that our customers receive hot, tasty food, within our 10-minute service aim. You will work with the team to ensure that the kitchen is well stocked, prepared and ready to go - on every shift. You'll need to be super organised for our busy club nights too!

You'll also have overall responsibility for maintaining the high standards of the kitchen, by ensuring, at all times, that it is clean and hygienic and that, most importantly, equipment is well maintained and safe.

Of course, there's a great deal more that you'll be expected to do, such as training and supporting the team, dealing with office administration, controlling stock and receiving deliveries, among many other things. Don't worry, though, since we're just as passionate about our people: as long as you have the drive and commitment, we will train you, on every aspect of the job, through our award-winning training programme.
