KITCHEN MANAGER

ROXY BALL ROOM - LONDON

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT OUR BRAND:

Looking for a fun and exciting opportunity? Roxy Ball Room is the home of booze and ball games! One for the adults, as we are always an 18+ venue. Offering a wide range of gaming options from duck pin bowling to tech darts, karaoke to ice-free curling, get your balls wet with beer pong or try your hand at the exclusive Roxy creation Crazy Pool! Set to a classic rock & indie playlist with a drinks menu to knock your pins down, Roxy Ball Room is the place to be.

Started by 2 brothers 11 years ago, falling under the Professionals At Play umbrella, we now operate 30 sites nationwide with many more to come! Our mission is to bring the playground to the bar.

WANT TO BE A PART OF SOMETHING AMAZING?

WHAT WE’D EXPECT FROM YOU:

We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to take ownership of food operations across our three London venues — Old Street, St Mary’s Axe and Holborn. This is a floating role: rather than running a single kitchen, you'll be responsible for consistency, standards and performance across all three sites, splitting your time between them based on where you're needed most — whether that's a scheduled visit, covering a gap in leadership, or supporting a new opening.

Kitchen Operations & Standards

  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations across all three venues, adjusting your schedule based on live business needs
  • Ensure food quality, presentation and speed of service are consistent across every site — no site should feel like the “weak link”
  • Own and maintain recipe specs, portioning, and plating standards so the menu is identical wherever a guest orders it
  • Act as the senior kitchen point of contact when visiting a site, deputising for site-level kitchen leadership as needed

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
