Kitchen Porter - London

Fundamental Hospitality is home to some of the world's leading dining destinations, including Gaia, La Maison Ani, and Shanghai Me. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join one of our restaurants in London.

The Role

As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team by maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene in a fast-paced luxury dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
  • Keep all kitchen areas clean, organised, and safe
  • Support chefs and the kitchen team during service
  • Assist with basic food preparation when required
  • Manage waste, recycling, and deliveries
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Kitchen Porter experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
