Beechfield House is a beautiful 24-bedroom country house hotel set within stunning gardens in the Wiltshire countryside. Renowned for exceptional hospitality, fine dining, and memorable guest experiences, we are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to become an essential part of our kitchen team.

The Role
As Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen operates efficiently and safely. Supporting our chefs and front-of-house team, you will help maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, cutlery, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen, pot wash, and storage areas.
- Assisting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly.
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely and efficiently.
- Supporting the chefs with basic food preparation when required.
- Ensuring all cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures are completed.
- Following Food Safety, Health & Safety, and COSHH regulations at all times.
- Helping maintain a safe, organised, and efficient working environment.
- Working collaboratively with the wider hotel team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as part of a rota.
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
