- Undertake regular cleaning tasks to ensure the kitchen and equipment meet hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
- Responsible for the efficient washing and sanitising of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring a steady supply for the kitchen team.
- Assist in the proper disposal of kitchen waste, recycling, and maintaining cleanliness in waste storage areas.
- Support the kitchen team by ensuring timely delivery of cleaned and sanitised tools, utensils, and equipment as needed.
- Assist in maintaining an organised kitchen space by arranging and storing items in designated areas.
- Work collaboratively with chefs and other kitchen staff to contribute to a positive and efficient team environment.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Be adaptable to additional tasks or responsibilities as required to support the dynamic needs of the kitchen.
- Maintain open communication with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
