We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our team. This amazing opportunity not only offers the chance to gain new skills, it also offers good working hours, pay, and benefits.
You must have the ability to work in busy and fast-paced environments to help maintain high levels of service and assist with the smooth running of the kitchens.
DUTIES include:
- Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
- Assist with basic food preparation as required.
- Collect and wash up pots and pans.
- Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
- Unload food and equipment deliveries.
- Keep the storeroom organized.
- Keep work surfaces, walls, and floors clean and sanitized.
- To be flexible and willing to help other departments at busy times if required.
- To comply with the conditions of the food hygiene policies.
- To report any maintenance issues to the Head Chef/GM immediately.
