As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and ensuring every service is a success.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for anyone interested in starting a career in catering or progressing to a chef role. Shifts available: (paid fortnightly)

  • Breakfast shift: 8.00am - 1.00pm
  • Dinner shift: 5.00pm - 10.00pm

Pay rates:

  • £12.71 per hour (21+)
  • £10.85 per hour (18-20)

This is a seasonal role running until January 2027.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting chefs with basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, and cutting
  • Keep food preparation and kitchen areas clean, safe, and hygienic
  • Setting up the kitchen before service
  • Washing dishes and kitchen equipment
  • Assisting with deliveries and stock organisation
  • Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
