  • Prepping fresh, vibrant dishes using spec books and smart systems
  • Running a tight, clean and safe kitchen space
  • Nailing allergens and food safety with confidence
  • Nailing KP duties and restocking like a pro
  • Staying flexible — supporting across KP, prep and café when needed
