Job Description
At Gilpin, we don’t just serve food – we craft experiences. We’re seeking an enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our award-winning culinary team at Gilpin Spice, the vibrant Pan-Asian restaurant within Gilpin Hotel & Lake House. Michelin-recommended and renowned for its open kitchen theatre, bold flavours, and luxurious yet playful approach to Asian cuisine, Gilpin Spice offers an inspiring platform for culinary creativity.

- Operates dishwashing equipment and manages kitchen waste.

🔪 What We’re Looking For:
- A hard-working team player with great attention to detail.
- Someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys a buzzing kitchen.
- A passion for cleanliness and presentation.
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Previous kitchen porter experience in a fine dining setting is a bonus, but full training is provided.

Salary: from £29,952 to £30,2654
Gratuities: allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £234 to £351 per month.
