Responsibilities:
- Dishwashing: Wash pots, pans, cutlery, and crockery using industrial dishwashers or by hand.
- Kitchen cleaning: Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, worktops, walls, and floors regularly.
- Waste management: Empty trash bins, sort recycling, and safely dispose of kitchen waste.
- Equipment maintenance: Clean and maintain kitchen appliances, ensuring they are ready for the next shift.
- Stock assistance: Help unload food deliveries and store ingredients in the correct storerooms or walk-in fridges.
- Basic food prep: Assist chefs with simple tasks like peeling vegetables or chopping ingredients when required.
- Safety compliance: Follow strict health, safety, and food hygiene regulations (like COSHH and HACCP).
- Organization: Keep the dishwashing area tidy and ensure clean items are returned to their proper storage spaces.

Safety And Company Policies
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Support the team to reach common goals.
- Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Related Work Experience: Preferred 1 year of related work experience.
