Join our team as a Heart of House Specialist
Be the backbone of our hotel operations. From keeping our kitchens spotless to ensuring guests enjoy clean, high-quality service items, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting kitchen and food & beverage teams with cleaning and organisation
- Operating and maintaining dishwashing and cleaning equipment
- Handling deliveries, storing stock, and rotating perishables
- Keeping all kitchen, storage, and sanitation areas clean and compliant
- Ensuring all dishware, utensils, and linen are spotless and ready for use
- Following health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Working closely with team members to keep operations running smoothly
