The Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist with Back-of-House responsibilities. Key duties include:
- Operating our dishwasher and glass washer machines
- Maintaining a clean and organised Back-of-House area
- Re-stocking log baskets and the Fire-pit area
- Aiding in the end-of-shift clean-down

Location: Working across Aldourie Castle and the Dores Inn
Hours: 48 hours per week; permanent; full time or part time or seasonal available.
