Role Description
We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to fill the Kitchen Porter position. This is an integral role to one of our larger kitchens on campus. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting the kitchen brigade with basic food preparations.
- Being responsible for the receipt of food deliveries and ensuring those food deliveries are compliant with the Allergen legislations.
- Kitchen cleaning, pot washing, and portering service.
The salary is £13.79 per hour.
The hours of work are 15 per week (Term Time Only - 33 weeks per year).
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 11:00am.
This role is due to start in September 2026.
