KITCHEN SALES CONSULTANT – FULL TIME
📍 Weston-Super-Mare, United Kingdom
As part of our continued growth, Better Kitchens are looking for two Kitchen Sales Consultants, on a full time basis, to join our team.
Better Kitchens helps customers achieve the kitchen they want at a price that makes sense. Many of our customers arrive with plans or quotations from higher-priced competitors and are looking for a smarter, more affordable solution.
We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused individual who can understand customer requirements, adapt existing designs to our product ranges, prepare quotations and guide customers through the purchasing process.
- Date Added: 18/08/2026
- Application Deadline: Ongoing
- Start Date: Immediate
- Contract Type: Full time
- Salary: £24,500 basic + uncapped commission
- Realistic OTE: £32,000 to £45,000
ABOUT THIS VACANCY...
You will be working directly with customers to help them choose and purchase the right kitchen for their needs and budget. The role is customer-facing and suits someone who enjoys helping people make confident decisions.
You will work as part of a close-knit sales team and will work towards clear individual sales targets, supported by a straightforward, uncapped commission structure.
HOW YOU’LL WORK
This role suits someone who is self-motivated and comfortable taking responsibility for their own performance.
You’ll have a high level of day-to-day control over your work, including how you manage your time, follow up enquiries and progress sales opportunities. We trust our sales team to organise their workload effectively, take ownership of their results and deliver an excellent customer experience.
This is not a tightly scripted sales role. You’ll be given the freedom to use your judgement, build relationships with customers and manage your own approach, while working within clear objectives and expectations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

ABOUT BETTER KITCHENS
Better Kitchens is a family-run business, founded in 2006. We supply kitchens to customers across the UK through our website and our Weston-super-Mare showroom.
We work differently to large national retailers. We focus on good customer service, clear processes, and realistic expectations, without the high-pressure culture often found in bigger sales environments.
Customer service is central to how we work, and we aim to make buying a kitchen clear, fair, and straightforward.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
