Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour + bonus of up to £1.25 per hour
Salary Equivalent: £33,930 p/a + bonus (based on a 45 hour week)
Job Type: Permanent (full-time)
We are looking for an experienced and driven Back of House Supervisor to join atis - someone who doesn’t just execute, but takes full ownership of kitchen standards, team performance and food quality. This is a role for people who lead from the front and raise the bar for everyone around them.

What you’ll be doing:
- Running and organising kitchen operations across prep and service - keeping things moving, standards high and waste low.
- Leading and motivating your kitchen team, staying calm and decisive when service gets busy.
- Coaching team members in the moment; identifying gaps in technique or knowledge and developing people’s skills.
- Taking full accountability for food quality, consistency and presentation across your shift.
- Owning food safety and hygiene standards - not just following the rules, but making sure your team does too.
- Communicating clearly with both your kitchen team and front of house to ensure smooth, coordinated service.
- Being the go-to person your team can rely on - leading by example in everything you do.
- Supporting the Kitchen Manager with stock taking, stock control and the ordering of stock.

- Composure under pressure and the ability to make quick, confident decisions during busy service.
- A passion for good, healthy food.
- Strong food safety knowledge - and the ability to enforce it across your team.
