About The Role
The Kitchen Systems Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of Table to Table, Rocket Food’s growing workplace dining division.
Working within the Food Development team and reporting to the Head of Food, you’ll collaborate with Production, Operations, Marketing and Account Management to coordinate the systems, documentation and processes that support the day-to-day business. You’ll also help deliver the recipe development and pop-up calendar, from initial concept through to execution across client sites.
From producing client-facing menus and site packs to maintaining recipe, allergen and supplier information in Kafoodle, you’ll ensure all information is accurate, consistent and delivered on time. As Table to Table grows, you’ll help build a scalable and efficient food development function.

- Provide day-to-day support to the Head of Food and assist with wider projects, including pop-ups, bespoke menus, client events and activations.
- Review recipes, allergens and nutritional information for accuracy, escalating discrepancies when required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
