Apprentice Kitchen Team Leader
As an Apprentice Kitchen Team Leader with Community Pubs, your motivational skills and passion for customer care make you the perfect person to lead our front of house teams.

Responsibilities
As an Apprentice Kitchen Team Leader, you will:
- Prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards, ensuring every dish is served with pride
- Support and guide the kitchen team, helping to organise service and maintain high performance during busy shifts
- Deputise for the Kitchen Manager or senior chefs when required, helping to resolve issues and keep service running smoothly
- Ensure all food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Monitor stock levels, food preparation, and kitchen organisation to ensure efficient service

Requirements
What you'll bring:
- A passion for food and high standards in food preparation and presentation
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support others
- A calm, organised approach, with the ability to think on your feet during busy services
- A commitment to maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team

What your apprenticeship includes:
You won't need to attend college, our apprenticeships are delivered through work-based training which includes a mixture of face-to-face sessions and remote Team calls with your Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. You will also have a mentor within the workplace to support you
Obtain Functional Skills in English and maths, with support tailored to your needs (if you don't already have GCSE or equivalents)
Reviews every 12 weeks with the Apprentice, Line Manager and Lifetime Learner Coach including feedback sessions
