We're bringing Forbici to Bluewater Shopping Centre, Kent, and we're looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to lead our kitchen team, drive standards, and deliver exceptional food every day.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you'll

  • Take ownership of the kitchen operation, leading, developing and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional quality and consistency.
  • Be responsible for maintaining the highest food standards, driving performance, and creating a positive, high-performing kitchen culture from day one.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Recruit, train, coach and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation standards are delivered at all times.
  • Drive a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Manage stock, ordering, gross profit and labour costs to achieve business targets.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety and company procedures.
  • Lead by example during busy services, maintaining pace, organisation and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the front-of-house management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Create a positive, supportive and engaging environment where team members can thrive and develop their careers.
