Kitting Operative (Temporary)
Location: Worthing
Hourly rate: £14.13 per hour
Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 7:15-16:00
- Friday: 08:30-13:00

Our client, a well-respected organisation in Worthing, is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Kitting Operative to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. Key Responsibilities
As a Kitting Operative you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production line. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling kits according to specific production requirements
- Kitting work orders: putting parts in a tote following a list of parts
- Picking items from an order sheet
- Must be able to handle small components

- Previous experience in a kitting or assembly role within a manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills to effectively liaise with colleagues
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
