THE ROLE
We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo) to join our growing team and support the execution and automation of email marketing campaigns across multiple e-commerce brands. In this hands-on role, you'll work with cutting-edge AI tools to drive efficiency, personalization, and results in email marketing, while gaining deep exposure to high-performance e-commerce environments.
This is an ideal role for someone with a solid foundation in email marketing and looking to grow their career by leveraging AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing AI-enhanced email marketing campaigns for 1 of our brands using Klaviyo.
- Support the setup of automated workflows, segmentation, and A/B testing to drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with the senior team to implement AI tools for copy generation, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
- Manage and maintain email lists and segmentation to ensure precise targeting and healthy list performance.
- Support reporting and analysis of key campaign metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Help maintain the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution aligned with brand goals and promotional schedules.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive and engaging campaign output.
- Design and build email templates and campaign layouts aligned with brand guidelines.

Skills & Experience
- Hands-on email marketing experience, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing setting.
- Mandatory experience with Klaviyo, including automation, segmentation, and campaign building.
- Mandatory experience with AI tools used in marketing (e.g., for copywriting, predictive analytics, or personalization).
- Analytical mindset with an eagerness to learn and apply data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for persuasive, brand-aligned copy.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to professional growth and delivering results.
- Experience designing email templates and campaign layouts.

FIXED SERVICE FEE
Up to €2500 after taxes monthly, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
❕This role is 100% remote.
Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
For full-time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours - it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy. (This doesn’t apply to part-time roles.)
