CAMBERLEY | £30,000 BASIC | £36,000 OTE + SERVICE PLAN COMMISSION | MONDAY–FRIDAY

Looking for a Monday–Friday Service Advisor role with a strong earning opportunity and no weekend working?
This Camberley opportunity offers a £30,000 basic salary with OTE of around £36,000, plus additional commission for service plans — giving you another opportunity to increase your earnings.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join an established automotive business in Camberley.
You’ll be working Monday to Friday in a customer-focused Aftersales environment, managing customers throughout the service and repair process while maximising every opportunity to deliver a great customer experience.
- £30,000 basic salary
- £36,000 OTE
- Additional commission on service plans
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00am–6:00pm
- 1-hour lunch
- No weekend working
- Opportunity to increase earnings through additional service-plan commission

THE ROLE
- Manage customers throughout the service and repair journey.
- Book vehicles into the workshop and manage customer requirements.
- Provide clear updates on vehicle progress, additional work and completion times.
- Liaise closely with Technicians and the Workshop team.
- Prepare accurate estimates and invoices where required.
- Identify and maximise appropriate additional sales opportunities, including service plans.
- Maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You’ll need
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good understanding of Service and Aftersales operations.
- Confident working in a busy, target-driven environment.
- Professional and organised approach.

- Previous main dealership experience.
- Experience working with service plans and additional sales.
- Strong upselling and customer retention skills.
- Experience using automotive dealer management systems.
