Opportunity for a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN)

The Integrated Drug Service is pleased to offer the opportunity for a motivated and experienced RMN to join our specialist multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for a nurse who is enthusiastic about working within an evolving service. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in integrated and partnership working as well as supporting individuals with complex needs. Experience is desirable but a genuine interest in substance use treatment is essential, particularly where this overlaps with mental health care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of adults with substance use issues and co-existing mental health conditions.
  • Deliver care across a range of settings, including the Fulton Clinic, Royal Cornhill Hospital, Timmermarket, and GP practices throughout Aberdeen city.
  • Work under supportive line management and supervision structures.
