About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Support Worker Higher Level to join Fyvie Ward as a Band 3.
Fyvie Ward is a busy acute admission ward with a catchment area that includes parts of Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, and the Orkney Islands.
Key Requirements
- Interest in working within Adult Mental Health
- Knowledge of mental health conditions and associated symptomology
- Person-centred approach to care
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a busy multidisciplinary team

- Passion for supporting people in their recovery journey
- Commitment to developing understanding of mental health, social factors, and wider determinants that can impact wellbeing
- Keen to learn new skills, engage in professional development opportunities, and adapt approach to meet individual needs of patients
