Job Opportunity in NHS Grampian
We are seeking an inspirational, dynamic, reflective, conscientious, and containing individual to join us to lead a staff team and to work with children, young people, and their families within our 0-18 multi-disciplinary Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team in NHS Grampian. Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management: Lead the Aberdeenshire area Psychology team.
- Clinical Work: Direct clinical work, leadership, management, supervision, and consultative work.
- Development: Develop the CAMHS Psychology team.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other professional groups and partner agencies.
- Research: Post-qualification published research/audit is an advantage.
Requirements
- Extensive post-qualification experience of working within CAMHS.
- Experience of leadership, management of demand, and capacity.
Support and Development
- One-to-one, peer, and multi-disciplinary supervision structures are in place to support professional reflection and growth.
- High degree of professional autonomy and self-management.
- Accountability for professional practice through appraisal and audit.
