Job Title
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Registered Community Mental Health Nurse who possesses the ability to carry out planned nursing care assessment and reviews. The RMN will have the ability to work as part of a team and be able to work effectively from home as well as at base. You will have good communication skills and experience of multi-working. Experience working with Older Adults with Functional and Organic illness is desirable.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload under the supervision of senior members of staff.
You should be a Registered Mental Health Nurse and a car driver/owner.
