Community Mental Health Team Nurse Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen within the Community Mental Health Team for a motivated and forward-thinking nurse to join our experienced, enthusiastic, and supportive team. You will be expected to provide high-quality, holistic, evidence-based care and support to clients and their families who experience a diverse range of mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess effective interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Be flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the Service.
- Work across Moray managing a caseload of people who are already open to our team.
- Participate in clinical supervision/appraisal; actively participate within our MDT.
- Take on the role of placement supervisor to students attached to the team.
- Be part of the duty rota for the CMHT.
- Encouraged to use opportunities for professional development.

Requirements:
- Hold current professional registration within the NMC.
- Hold a clean UK driving license with appropriate insurance.
Interviews:
- Face-to-face within the Moray area on 03 November 2026.
Relocation Allowance:
- An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is available to successful candidates.
