Looking for a Monday–Friday Service Advisor role with a strong basic salary, additional earning potential, and a great benefits package?

This Dagenham opportunity offers a £30,000–£34,500 basic salary, £30 for every service plan sold, 33 days annual leave, and genuine opportunities to develop your career within a busy automotive environment.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll be joining an established Aftersales team where you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth and professional customer journey, from booking vehicles in through to completion and collection.

With Monday–Friday working, a strong benefits package, and career progression available, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking for their next move.

THE ROLE

  • Manage customer bookings and vehicle drop-offs
  • Liaise closely with the workshop and technicians
  • Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
  • Prepare job cards, estimates, and invoices
  • Discuss servicing, maintenance, and repair requirements with customers
  • Recommend additional products and service plans where appropriate
  • Ensure customers receive clear, accurate, and professional communication
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Help deliver a consistently high level of customer service

You’ll Need

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Confidence discussing vehicle repairs and costs with customers
  • Good understanding of Aftersales and workshop processes
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
  • A professional, organised, and customer-focused approach
