STRATFORD-UPON-AVON | £27,000 BASIC SALARY | £30,000 OTE | MOTORCYCLE DEALERSHIP
THE OPPORTUNITY
The right parts at the right time can make all the difference to a busy motorcycle workshop.
We're looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join an established motorcycle dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon.
You'll be at the heart of the Parts Department, supplying parts and accessories to Technicians while supporting retail, trade and internal customers. It's a busy role where motorcycle knowledge, organisation and attention to detail really matter.

THE ROLE
You'll support the day-to-day running of the Motorcycle Parts Department, ensuring the workshop has the parts it needs while also looking after customers and maintaining accurate stock.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Identifying and sourcing the correct motorcycle parts and accessories.
- Supplying parts to Technicians and the workshop.
- Dealing with retail, trade and internal customer enquiries.
- Ordering parts from manufacturers and suppliers.
- Checking deliveries, processing returns and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Keeping the Parts Department organised and efficient.
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Working closely with Service Advisors, Technicians and the wider Aftersales team.
- Identifying additional parts requirements and helping keep workshop jobs moving.
- Processing orders, invoices and relevant administration accurately.
- Working towards departmental targets and KPIs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
It's more than knowing which part fits which motorcycle.
We're Looking For Someone With
- Previous Parts Advisor experience, ideally within a motorcycle or automotive dealership.
- Good knowledge of motorcycle parts, accessories and applications.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy workshop environment.
- Good IT and administration skills.
- A proactive, team-focused approach.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Motorcycle dealership experience would be highly advantageous, but strong automotive Parts Advisor experience will also be considered for the right person.
