ABOUT THE ROLE
Become a Knight Frank Brand Ambassador!
We’re back with an incredible opportunity to develop your skills, build your network, and boost your employability!
This Brand Ambassador Programme is designed for students who are passionate about Knight Frank and want to enhance their personal and professional growth while positioning themselves for future opportunities at the company. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in promoting Knight Frank on your university campus while receiving exclusive training, networking opportunities, and earn some money along the way. If you know your campus inside out and love engaging with students, we want to hear from you!
WHAT DOES A BRAND AMBASSADOR DO?
Your role is to promote Knight Frank and its early careers opportunities to students at your university through engaging and creative initiatives, including:
- Building strong relationships with university societies, faculties, and careers services (particularly within property and real estate)
- Creating engaging, on-brand social media content to support campaign objectives and increase student engagement
- Delivering on-campus engagement activities to support campaign objectives such as;
- Hosting brand ambassador led events
- Running information stalls and delivering on campus activations at events, including Freshers’ Fairs, Careers Fairs, and Society Fairs
- Delivering career presentations at student society events, lectures, and seminars.
- Distributing promotional materials

Building brand presence on campus through on-campus activities (measured by number of activities)
Building a high-quality pipeline of candidates from RICS-accredited degrees to early career talent pool (measured by number of sign-ups)
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re after motivated, proactive, and well-connected students on campus who are excited to represent Knight Frank on campus. Ideally, you’ll be:
- Undergraduate 2nd or final year student at university as of September 2026
- Studying a RICS-accredited degree and on track to achieve a 2:1 at university
- Actively involved in university societies
- Confident in creating engaging, professional social media content
- Comfortable delivering on-campus campaigns and engaging with fellow students
- Want to gain hands-on experience with a leading employer in property

HOW TO APPLY
First Stage - Apply online, complete the application form below to get started
Second Stage - If shortlisted, you’ll need to submit a 3-minute video telling us why you’d be the perfect Knight Frank Brand Ambassador
Final Stage – Successful candidates will be offered the role and join the programme
We will provide compulsory training for all successful candidates. The training day will take place on 3 September 2026 from 14:00 to 17:00. The training day is paid, and travel expenses will be covered.
