Knowledge Graph Engineer (Insurance)

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Knowledge Graph Engineer to design and build knowledge graphs, ontologies, and semantic data models that support enterprise AI solutions. The role will involve working closely with AI, data, and architecture teams to structure complex information, improve search and retrieval, and support LLM, RAG, and agentic AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop knowledge graphs and enterprise ontologies.
  • Build semantic models for complex business domains.
  • Integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
  • Develop graph-based solutions that support AI, search, and data discovery.
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business concepts into scalable knowledge models.
  • Support the use of knowledge graphs within LLM, RAG, and GraphRAG solutions.
  • Ensure knowledge models are governed, reusable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Required Experience

  • Strong experience designing and implementing knowledge graphs.
  • Hands-on ontology and semantic modelling experience.
  • Good knowledge of graph databases and semantic standards.
  • Experience with data integration and API development.
  • Strong programming skills, ideally in Python or Java.
  • Ability to work across technical and business teams.
