What You Will Do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Fund Terms Tracking
- Lead the Fund Terms tracking initiative by managing the completion of online surveys at fund closings and during investor reviews.
- Coordinate with PIF KM lawyers to review outstanding fund lists.
- Follow up with associates and partners to ensure timely survey completion.
- Upload fund documents into AI tools and generate reports.
- Complete surveys for additional fund documents and fill gaps using associate approved AI reports.
Document Sourcing
- Collaborate with the Client Development team to identify and source additional LPAs and fund documents using matter mapping tools.
- Monitor the KM inbox for submitted LPAs and proactively engage with internal teams (e.g., Funds Finance) to locate relevant documents.
- Research external sources for fund terms information.
Legal Technology
- Use Legora and other GenAI tools to support fund terms tracking and document analysis.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the ProVision ILS in-house tech solution to develop a comprehensive database of side letters and fund terms.
Data Analysis & Reporting

- Support the analysis of survey data to generate insights for internal use and client-facing initiatives.
- Assist in preparing reports and visualisations to communicate findings effectively.
Knowledge Management Support
- Maintain and update internal knowledge resources, including the KM resource hub and knowledge tree pages.
- Create and distribute regular current awareness updates.
- Update and manage standard forms and precedents.
- Promote awareness and adoption of PIF legal technology tools.
- Respond to fee earner queries and provide ad hoc support to Knowledge & Innovation Counsel/Lawyers in the UK and US.
Who You Are
- Law degree or Post- Graduate Diploma in Law essential. Equivalent qualifications from other common law jurisdictions considered.
- Private investment funds experience preferred but not essential.
- Well organised, self-motivated and keen to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Highly effective communicator (both orally and in writing).
- Ability to provide a high level of service in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to handle a high volume of tasks while maintaining attention to detail and prioritising as necessary.
