Knowledge Lawyer - Real Estate
Salary: £75,000 - £125,000 DOE
Location: Any UK office location
Are you an experienced Real Estate Solicitor or Knowledge Lawyer looking to take on a strategic, nationally focused position with one of the UK's fastest-growing legal businesses? The Role
This is a strategic and influential position supporting a large national Real Estate practice. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining legal know-how, improving best practice, delivering technical training, managing precedents, and ensuring lawyers across the business have access to high-quality knowledge resources.

Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring legal and market developments within Real Estate law
- Developing and maintaining precedents, templates, and guidance notes
- Delivering technical training and legal updates to lawyers nationally
- Supporting onboarding and development programmes
- Working with legal technology and knowledge management systems
- Assisting with thought leadership, client seminars, and external publications
- Supporting quality, consistency, and innovation across the Real Estate team
- Acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders across the business

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with strong Real Estate expertise
- Previous Knowledge Lawyer experience desirable but not essential
- Strong technical drafting and research skills
- Passion for legal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Ability to influence and collaborate with lawyers at all levels
- Interested in legal innovation, training, and best practice
