About us
Knights is a listed, UK-based legal and professional services business, operating nationwide.
For more than a decade, we’ve done things differently. In 2012, we became one of the first law firms to move beyond the partnership model, and build a professional services business from the outside, in.
By bringing together leading legal and professional experts as one national team, we move quickly, stay close, and bring the right specialists together around our clients – so they can access the depth of the UK’s expertise wherever they are.
We invest in our people through training and a culture that values collaboration over hierarchy – with inclusion, respect, and teamwork at its core.
As our business grows, so do the opportunities. When you join us, you’ll be working in a state-of-the-art environment where you can perform at your best and curate a career path that’s as unique as you are.
The opportunity
We are seeking a technically excellent, strategically minded, insightful, and proactive Knowledge Lawyer to join our growing business.
With specific responsibility for supporting and strengthening our national real estate service line (which is one of the largest regional-based groups of real estate professionals in the country), this is a key strategic and operational role that helps shape the quality, consistency, and efficiency of legal services delivery across the national business.
What you’ll be doing
The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and embedding best-in-class legal know-how, supporting legal training, and enabling our Client Services colleagues to work more efficiently, consistently, and collaboratively.
You will lead on knowledge strategy, identify training and development requirements, manage internal precedents, and provide real-time legal insight.
Working closely with Client Services colleagues, Business Services colleagues, and legal technology partners, you will help embed best practice, identify upskilling opportunities, and build resources that ensure excellence in client outcomes – focused at all times on the business outcome of premium professional services delivery through speed of response, access to support, and high-quality, timely, effective communication.
You will also support external thought leadership, co-deliver seminars to clients, maintain professional memberships, oversee the onboarding of new colleagues, manage our library resources, and lead knowledge and process engagement.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
