The Role
We are looking for a Knowledge Paralegal to join our Knowledge Management team in London or Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive legal professional to support the firm's knowledge function by managing legal know-how, assisting with legal content development, supporting training programmes and contributing to legal technology and AI initiatives.
You will work closely with Knowledge Lawyers and wider business teams to help ensure that valuable legal knowledge is captured, maintained and shared effectively across the firm.
Duration: Permanent
Working Pattern: 2 days working from the office, 3 days remote
The Team
Our Knowledge Management team plays a vital role in supporting lawyers and clients through the development, organisation and dissemination of legal know-how and best practice. Working alongside experienced Knowledge Lawyers, innovation specialists and business services teams, you'll contribute to initiatives that enhance legal knowledge sharing, improve efficiencies and support the firm's continued investment in technology and innovation.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working within a legal environment, ideally as a Paralegal, Knowledge Paralegal or within a knowledge management function.
- Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills, with the ability to summarise complex information clearly and accurately.
- Excellent organisational skills with experience maintaining document libraries, knowledge repositories or intranet-based systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating training sessions, events or learning activities.
- An interest in legal technology, innovation and AI-enabled knowledge solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge management systems or document management platforms.
