Rollenbeschreibung
Als Koordinator:in für Geschäftsentwicklungsforschung unterstützen Sie die Identifikation und Analyse neuer Geschäfts- und Investmentchancen in Schwellenmärkten. Zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben gehören die systematische Recherche zu Unternehmen, Branchen und Märkten, die Auswertung von Finanz- und Marktdaten sowie die Erstellung übersichtlicher Research-Reports und Präsentationen für das Business-Development- und Deal-Team. Sie koordinieren interne Informationsflüsse, pflegen Datenbanken zu potenziellen Kund:innen und Transaktionen und arbeiten eng mit Kolleg:innen aus Investment Banking und Corporate Finance zusammen, um qualitativ hochwertige Entscheidungsgrundlagen bereitzustellen. Diese Position ist in Vollzeit ausgelegt, wird vor Ort ausgeübt und ist in Cheshunt angesiedelt.

Qualifikationen
- Analytische und forschungsbezogene Kompetenzen: Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Markt- und Unternehmensrecherche, Datenanalyse sowie Aufbereitung komplexer Informationen in prägnanter Form.
- Finanz- und Investment-Know-how: Grundverständnis von Kapitalmärkten, Unternehmensfinanzierung und Investmentbanking; Erfahrung mit Finanzberichten und Kennzahlen ist vorteilhaft.
- Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit: Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sicheres Erstellen von Präsentationen sowie kooperative Arbeitsweise in interdisziplinären Teams.
- Organisation und Struktur: Hohe Genauigkeit, zuverlässiges Zeit- und Prioritätenmanagement sowie Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte parallel zu koordinieren.
- Zusätzliche Anforderungen: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet, sicherer Umgang mit Office- und Recherche-Tools.
