Purpose:
The KPI Analyst will be responsible for delivering a suite of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the global business, creating visually engaging dashboards, and effectively engaging stakeholders to deliver business outcomes. This role requires a solid analytical mindset, a deep understanding of data visualization techniques, a positive attitude and exponential mindset, and effective communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the global business by providing valuable insights and facilitating data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a motivation for data, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Director of Global Products, Product Owner team in addition to Finance Director and other key stakeholders to understand business and KPI requirements.
- Develop a comprehensive suite of KPIs to track business performance across different functions and regions.
- Create visually appealing dashboards using data visualization tools in collaboration with Data & Analytics team, e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to present KPIs in a clear and actionable format.
- Monitor and evaluate KPI trends, identify areas for improvement, and enable data-driven recommendations to ensure business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on KPI definitions, targets, and reporting methodology.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate KPI development, explain methodology, and facilitate strategic discussions to improve business performance.
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on how to interpret and use dashboards effectively.
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in KPI reporting and data visualization to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Previous experience working in a global or cross-functional environment and project tasks.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
- Key project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and support competing priorities.
- Good communication and presentation skills both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good relationship building skills.
- A strong ‘completer – finisher’. Able to get things done and deliver outcomes from others.
- High MS Office skills across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under own initiative and take ownership of tasks.
- Ability and experience of working to tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Demonstrable ability to flex style to suit the audience.
- Interested in the company’s vision for its future and about being part of the journey to get there.
