KS1 Teacher in Lambeth
£41,729 - £64,684 per year. Salary depends on experience and pay scale position, with the maximum applicable to candidates with substantial teaching experience. Relevant qualifications are also taken into account. Start date: 19 October 2026 | full-time, long-term, temporary Hours: Term time, 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Make early learning clear, lively and achievable. We are seeking a KS1 Teacher who can build children’s confidence in reading, writing and maths while encouraging curiosity, positive friendships and increasing independence in the classroom. Transparency Education is recruiting for this position in Lambeth.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and teach engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum
- Develop phonics, early reading, writing and mathematical understanding
- Use assessment to identify gaps and adapt teaching
- Work with support staff and communicate progress to families
Role requirements
- UK QTS and a recognised teaching qualification
- Relevant KS1 experience and secure knowledge of early literacy and numeracy
- An inclusive approach and effective classroom organisation
- A commitment to safeguarding and an enhanced DBS check appropriate to the role, or willingness to complete one.
