We are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable and highly motivated teacher to join a friendly and welcoming primary school in Bournemouth as a Flexible PPA Cover Teacher.
This exciting role offers the opportunity to teach across a range of year groups, providing high-quality learning experiences while class teachers undertake their Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time. The successful candidate will enjoy variety, work collaboratively with colleagues across the school and make a positive impact on pupils’ learning and wellbeing.
Experience of teaching in EYFS would be a distinct advantage, although applications from teachers with a strong primary background across other key stages are warmly welcomed.

We Need a Flexible And Inspiring Individual To
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across the primary age range.
- Provide high-quality PPA cover in line with school planning and expectations.
- Build positive relationships with pupils throughout the school.
- Adapt confidently to different classes and learning needs.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour, achievement and pupil engagement.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants and school leaders.
- Contribute to our inclusive and nurturing school community.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all learners.
- Is flexible, organised and confident teaching across different year groups.
- Has Experience Within a Primary School Setting.
- Has knowledge or experience of EYFS practice (desirable).
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is committed to providing an inclusive education for all children.
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive and dedicated team.
