Pay: £168.80 - £261.78 per day (MPS + UPS)
Type: Ongoing Contract
Hours: Full-time

Elementa Support Services is proud to partner with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in the Bath area, supporting them in appointing a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher on a full-time basis.

What We Are Looking For
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)
- Experience Teaching Within a Primary School Setting
- A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment practices
- The ability to plan and deliver engaging, creative and inclusive lessons
- High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
- A passion for supporting children to thrive both academically and personally
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external professionals

The Role
The Successful Candidate Will
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across the primary phase
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
- Assess, monitor and record pupil progress effectively
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and support school initiatives
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for pupils

Contract & Recruitment Information
Elementa is the recruiting partner therefore applicants being considered for the role after pre-screening will be required to complete the registration process for Elementa. This includes full vetting & background checks and application for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure (which may be chargeable @£64.20) unless you have a current Enhanced DBS subscribed to the update service.
