KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant
£85 - £102 per day
Immediate start until July 2027
Primary school based in Cradley Heath
1:1, small-group and general TA duties across lower KS2
The Role
As a KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across lower KS2 through 1:1 guidance, small-group work, and general classroom duties. You will help children understand tasks, stay focused during lessons, and develop greater confidence in their learning. You will also work closely with the class teacher to support classroom routines and encourage positive engagement.

Requirements
- 2:2 degree or above in a creative subject.
- A genuine interest in lower KS2 education and pupil development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain tasks clearly.
- A patient, proactive, and encouraging approach in the classroom.
- Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
