Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for KS2 / KS3 English Tutors based in Greater London (W14). The tutors will deliver engaging English lessons aligned with KS2 and KS3 curricula, focusing on reading, writing, grammar, and comprehension skills. Responsibilities include:

- Planning and preparing lesson materials
- Assessing student progress
- Providing constructive feedback to support improvement
- Adapting teaching methods to individual student needs
- Maintaining clear communication with parents or guardians
- Contributing to a supportive learning environment

Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Strong English Teaching and Tutoring skills, with experience supporting KS2 and KS3 learners
- Solid knowledge of English Grammar and the ability to teach reading, writing, and comprehension clearly
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues
- Online Tutoring skills, as familiarity with digital tools and platforms may be beneficial (use of Google Classroom)
- Relevant teaching qualifications or a degree in English, Education, or a related field are preferred
- Experience in UK school settings, understanding of national curriculum standards, and an enhanced DBS check are highly desirable
- Ability to differentiate instruction, manage small groups effectively, and maintain a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
