KS2 Teacher – Sunderland
Location: Sunderland, Tyne and Wear
Contract Type: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £130 – £232.57 per day, depending on experience
Education World is currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher to work within a welcoming primary school in Sunderland.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who is passionate about making a positive difference to children's learning and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons within Key Stage 2 and creating a positive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
The Role
As a KS2 Teacher, You Will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Assess, monitor and track pupil progress.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and senior leaders.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and the wider school community.

The Ideal Candidate
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
- Has a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
- Is confident with planning, assessment and classroom management.
- Is adaptable, enthusiastic and committed to helping every child reach their potential.
- Can build strong and positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
