St Martin’s Multi Academy Trust is a supportive Trust consisting of four primary schools based in Wolverhampton and Walsall; St Martin’s CE Primary School, Field View Primary School, Grove Primary School and Walsall Wood Primary School. St Martin’s CE Primary School is looking to appoint an excellent and dedicated KS2 teacher who is passionate about teaching and committed to providing the very best opportunities for our pupils. We are seeking someone with energy, enthusiasm and high expectations, who can inspire and motivate children, build positive relationships and support every pupil to achieve their full potential.

- Plans and delivers high-quality, engaging and inclusive teaching that enables all pupils to make strong progress.
- Maintains high expectations for pupils’ learning, behaviour, presentation and attitudes to learning.
- Uses assessment effectively to identify pupils’ strengths, gaps and next steps, adapting teaching and provision accordingly.
- Creates a positive, purposeful and stimulating classroom environment in which pupils feel safe, valued and ready to learn, fostering strong, respectful and positive relationships with pupils.
- Ensures the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and disadvantaged pupils, are identified and appropriately supported and challenged.
- Works effectively with teaching assistants and other adults, ensuring their deployment contributes positively to pupils’ learning and progress.
- Makes a positive contribution to the wider life, Christian vision and values of St Martin’s, helping every child to “Let their light shine.”

Visits to the school are essential. Lesson observations will take place as part of the selection process week beginning 12th October 2026, with interviews the following week.
All posts are subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure, Barred List Checks, along with other relevant pre-employment checks.
Enhanced DBS disclosures will be renewed at least every five years.
