Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities
• Assist pupils 1:1 and in small groups with learning tasks
• Help manage classroom behaviour and routines
• Prepare resources and learning materials
• Complete coursework and training for the level 3 qualification
