Role Summary
We are seeking experienced, passionate KS3 teacher (English, Math and Science) to join our growing team for Educators. In this role, you will work closely with our curriculum leaders to deliver outstanding instruction as KS3 teacher, using a refined and highly supportive methodology. This is not just a teaching role — it’s an opportunity to become part of a mission-driven team that values professionalism, energy, and continuous growth.
Ideal candidates should have studied Math and Sciences at A-Level in the UK, possess strong subject knowledge, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to helping students achieve academic success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons.
- Support and challenge students to develop mastery in subject knowledge, exam technique, and academic confidence.
- Receive training in TEduNet’s world-class instructional methodology and implement it consistently in sessions.
- Tailor your teaching approach based on student progress and learning styles.
- Monitor student development, provide actionable feedback, and guide them through structured progress paths.
- Positively manage classroom behaviour and contribute to creating a safe, motivating, and collaborative environment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with leadership staff, providing updates on progress, goals, and recommendations.
- Work as a key part of the team, collaborating with other instructors and leadership staff.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
- The ideal candidate must have been educated at a UK-based sixth form.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to motivate and inspire young learners.
- Ability to differentiate instruction based on student needs and progress levels.
- Commitment to high teaching standards, integrity, and student support.

- Confidence using digital learning tools (e.g. whiteboard apps, student progress trackers).
- Growth mindset with a drive for ongoing professional development.
- Empathetic, encouraging, and enthusiastic personality with natural leadership skills.
- Familiarity with effective behaviour management and classroom engagement strategies.

Stage II: Curriculum & Content Assessment You will be asked to complete a short subject-specific task. This assessment will evaluate your knowledge of curriculum content, accuracy, and clarity in explaining complex concepts.

Stage III: Technical Interview Following a successful assessment, you will be invited for a deeper interview with our academic team. This stage focuses on your teaching methodologies, classroom experience, and your ability to teach effectively under our model.

Stage IV: Final Interview Meet with a senior member of the hiring team to discuss role expectations, centre culture, and long-term growth opportunities.

Stage V: Onboarding & Training If selected, you’ll join our induction programme. This includes orientation, training in our methodology, shadowing experienced staff, and preparing to begin live instruction.
