Tutor Doctor Cambridge is looking for KS4 English and/or Maths Tutors to deliver one-to-one tuition to KS3, Functional Skills, and GCSE students at Northstowe Secondary College, CB24 1DJ.

English and/or Maths Tutor:
We are looking for enthusiastic, nurturing, and engaging KS3/4 Maths and/or English tutors to join our busy team and support students on a 1:1 basis in Northstowe. You will prepare and deliver tailored sessions that meet each student's learning needs and goals, working with students referred through Cambridge Council and Northstowe Secondary College.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver engaging, curriculum-relevant KS3, Functional Skills, and GCSE English and/or Maths sessions
- Help students reengage with learning through respect, understanding, and patience
- Assess student progress regularly and adapt your approach
- Keep accurate, timely records of each session
Requirements:
- Right to Work self-employed in the UK
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience in tutoring, teaching, or special education
- Knowledge of the UK Curriculum and GCSE examination process
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing disengagement
- Understanding of safeguarding, with willingness to complete annual Safeguarding and Prevent training
- Available during the school day
- Able to travel to students at Northstowe Secondary College
Desirable:
- SEN experience and a full UK driving license
