Kubernetes AI Task Auditor - Freelance AI Trainer Project
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Kubernetes AI Task Auditor - Freelance AI Trainer Project based in United Kingdom.
This freelance opportunity is designed for experienced Kubernetes specialists who want to apply their infrastructure expertise to the development and evaluation of AI systems.
You will audit Kubernetes-focused tasks used to train and assess AI models, ensuring they are technically accurate, realistic, and practical.
The role involves rigorously testing complex scenarios to confirm that tasks are solvable, reproducible, and supported by reliable evaluation criteria.
You’ll identify orchestration issues, configuration bugs, deployment problems, and logic errors that could compromise task quality.
Your technical feedback will directly contribute to making AI training workflows more reliable and representative of real-world cloud environments.
The position offers fully remote work and the flexibility of a freelance engagement centered on your Kubernetes specialization.
Accountabilities
- Evaluate Kubernetes tasks for technical accuracy, realism, solvability, reproducibility, and alignment with reliable tests and evaluation criteria.
- Rigorously test and troubleshoot Kubernetes scenarios to validate expected behavior and identify technical issues.
- Audit tasks for orchestration problems, configuration bugs, deployment issues, and infrastructure or application logic errors.
- Assess scenarios involving container orchestration, cluster management, deployment scaling, and related Kubernetes workflows.
- Provide clear, detailed, and actionable feedback on identified issues and recommend appropriate improvements.
- Apply professional Kubernetes expertise to determine whether tasks accurately reflect practical cloud-native environments.
- Work independently within your assigned specialty while maintaining a consistently high standard of technical rigor and accuracy.

Requirements
- Demonstrable professional experience and deep technical knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Strong expertise in areas such as container orchestration, cluster management, deployment scaling, and Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to rigorously test, troubleshoot, and evaluate complex technical scenarios.
- Ability to identify configuration, orchestration, deployment, and logic issues and assess their potential impact.
- Strong understanding of practical Kubernetes workflows and the ability to determine whether technical tasks can be reliably reproduced.
- Clear written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into concise, actionable feedback.
- Candidates will be considered for one specialty based on their professional experience; expertise across multiple Kubernetes domains is not required.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote freelance environment.
- Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet connection is required.
