Responsibilities
As a Onepilot agent, you will work on a freelance basis and support the customers of our clients with their inquiries.
After an e-learning training on the respective clients, you will have access to a knowledge database for the respective project. With the help of our technology and this knowledge database, you will be able to efficiently answer inquiries via email, chat, or telephone.
You will work completely remotely and will be paid per solved ticket. The price per inquiry depends on the complexity, processing time, and your location and ranges between €0.40 and €2. On average, our agents earn between €15 and €20 per hour.

Qualifications
- You feel comfortable using new technologies
- You enjoy solving problems, are curious, and dynamic
- You enjoy communicating - in writing and verbally
- You are available for at least 15 hours per week
