Band 6 Specialist Occupational Therapist - Rotational
NHS Grampian / Aberdeen Royal Infirmary/ Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Band 6 Occupational Therapy rotation. The rotation is across both acute, community and rehabilitation settings, offering a wide range of general and specialist clinical experience within Neuro, Stroke, Frailty, Surgical, Accident and Emergency/ Front Door, Orthopaedics, Vascular, Hospital at Home, and the Mobility and Rehabilitation Wheelchair Service.
- Regular Supervision and training of students are integral parts of the job, as is service development and improvement.
- Opportunities for continued professional development and supervision are provided.
There is a requirement for weekend working / Public holiday/ extended hours working to meet the service needs. This post may require a seven day rota.
Requirements:
- The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car for work purposes.
- HCPC registration is essential.
